Kingwood Texas 4th of July Parade

Get Involved

All parade participants and sponsors must register and complete an application.

Get in the Lineup!!   

  • Commercial  - Registration begins with a minimum donation of $75.

  • Sponsorships  - Range from $375-$1500 and entitle your organization to premier placement in the lineup and other great perks! (see below)

  • Families - no charge

  • Non-Profit - no charge

​

Entrants with floats or other motorized vehicles MUST provide proof of insurance.

Excited to be part of the festivities? We invite all floats, clubs, and local teams to join our 2026 event. From garden clubs to corporate teams, participating is the perfect way to display your Texas community pride.

Entrants and Sponsorships

Premier placement in the parade lineup

Commercial Entrants:

  • Donation:    $75

  • Promotion:  None

​

  • Placement: General Lineup

RED Sponsor:

  • Donation:   $375-$749

​

  • Web Promotion:   Your brand will be promoted in name on our website.

​

  • Print Promotion: Your brand will be on the banner at the beginning of the parade.

​

  • Placement: Float/Display will be placed in a priority spot following the White Sponsors.

​

WHITE Sponsor:

  • Donation:   $750-$1499

​

  • Web Promotion:   Your brand will be promoted in name on our website.

​

  • Print Promotion: Your brand will be on the banner at the beginning of the parade.

​

  • Placement: Float/Display will be placed in a priority spot following the Blue Sponsors.

​

  • Appreciation plaque from the Kingwood Civic Club

​

BLUE Sponsor:

  • Donation:   $1500+

​

  • Web Promotion:   Your brand will be promoted in name on our website.

​

  • Print Promotion: Your brand will be on the banner at the beginning of the parade.

​

  • Placement: Float/Display will be placed in a priority spot following the dignitaries and the Bike Rodeo.

​

  • Appreciation plaque from the Kingwood Civic Club

​

Entertainers:

  • Donation:    $75

​

  • Promotion:  None

​

  • Placement: Spaced out throughout entire parade  lineup.

​

  • Entertainment is required for mixed placement.
