This sectional couch SHOULD have been a U shape but it is a Z... let me explain
 
There are TWO Left-arm chaise lounge chairs (instead of 1-left and 1-right)
One is still in the packaging as this is/was a NEW couch. 
 
This was a returned item - My guess is they figured out it was wrong mid-assembly and sent it back. It does have slight scuffs on the bottom from the unprotected return process and 2 back legs of one chaise have been replaced.  There is NO damage visible from the top. 
 
The 4-pc set has been divided into 2-pc sets.
