Purchasing:

Items listed for pickup may be paid for online or in cash at time of pickup. Please have the exact amount as we do not carry cash for safety reasons. Please call or text to arrange inspection or pickup.
Pick-up:

Items are available for pick-up in the KINGWOOD/HUMBLE/PORTER area.

Depending on the item, pickup can be arranged at any time. We are in the process of building our business so we do not have a walk-in location (yet). We are flexible with meeting areas or even curb pickup depending on the item and where we have it stored. Please call or text 281-417-8990 with any questions.
Payment & Shipping

Standard Shipping carrier will be determined at time of shipping. Tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Flat items may ship USPS First Class Envelope with IMb (Intelligent Mail Barcode) tracing provided by LetterTrackPro which can be traced at https://www.lettertrackpro.com/usps_tracking.asp.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once it is delivered to the carrier. We can't make other companies go any faster :-)
Returns & Refunds

Consumable Items (lotions, beauty items, etc.) are guaranteed fresh & genuine, these items are NOT returnable - no exceptions.

Pickup Items are NOT returnable. Please inspect all items at Pickup.

Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Authorized Items may be returned within 30 days at your expense unless otherwise stated above or in description. Items must be in same condition as purchased. Items found to be used or damaged will not be refunded. Please take photographs before returning items. This will help with any carrier-related damage claims.
