Great sectional sofa for a small space. The chaise can be configured on the left or the right side to fit perfectly in your space. The arm can be moved to the 2-seater couch to create 2 separate pieces (1-Couch and 1-Armless Chaise lounge).   
 
NOTE: The cushions are on it incorrectly in the photo - the 2 square cushions go on the 2-seater couch and the long cushion goes on the chaise. (I caught it after the photo was taken, LOL) 
 
This couch was a store return. It has a 3" tear on the long cushion (see photos). It is a little dirty most likely sustained in the return process.  The cushion can be flipped over or covered with a cushion cover as seen in photos (not included).  It is currently/rarely being used in the office.
